At Arbib & Sons Construction, we’re excited to share one of our latest projects in Mar Vista. This 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom home was designed and built to combine modern style, smart technology, and comfortable living.

We focused on creating an open layout filled with natural light, using large Fleetwood sliders to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly. The backyard features a saltwater pool, spa, and waterfall, with a rooftop deck offering incredible city views and a built-in BBQ for entertaining.

In the kitchen, we installed a 21-foot quartzite island, custom wood cabinetry, and built-in stone sinks to make it both functional and stunning. The home also includes a media room and a custom wine display, adding touches of luxury throughout.

Every detail, from the recessed lighting to the Control4 smart system, was carefully planned to make this home as beautiful as it is practical. This is a project we’re proud to stand behind, designed to elevate modern living.
