This project was built for a great friend & partner of ours, Michael Parks. Arbib & Sons Construction Inc had the privilege to collaborate with the talented Michael Parks on his debut project, a captivating home nestled in the Laurel Canyon section of LA’s Hollywood Hills. Spanning three bedrooms and three bathrooms, this masterpiece took approximately a year and a half to bring to fruition. Michael approached us after facing high estimates from architects and with his commendable skills in project management, budgeting, and an innate flair for architecture, despite lacking formal training, he laid down his vision. Our team at Arbib & Sons Construction Inc seamlessly complemented his drive and passion. Witnessing him evolve, it’s clear that Michael has not just constructed a home but also paved the foundation for an emerging career. When Michael partnered with us, everything began to align perfectly. The final outcome is a testament to this synergy.

This home was featured on several famous architectural & design magazines such as HGTV, Trendir & Design Milk.
